This Kit contains hardware that can be used for multiple installation options. Screws and Nuts should be used where it is possible to access the hardware internally in order to tighten. Rivets should be used where internal access is unavailable.

Place the cleat in an area that is easily accessible from a paddling or pedaling position.

Place the padeye so that they will guide the anchor rope from the side of your kayak to the cleat without hitting any obstructions.
