Rectangular Outfitting plate to attach rod holder mount or Fishfinder mount that requires a flat surface to drill and mount onto. Avoid drilling onto the hull in a fixed position. Drill onto this plate instead and mount it on the track or rail syatem. The track and rail system allows it to slide up and down the system. Hardware included.
